This hearty and creamy peanut soup is delicious protein rich and is a staple in my household on weekends. I’ve adapted this age old recipe from my grandma using Hajia Mama Sauces which cuts down your cooking time in the kitchen. It is usually enjoyed with fufu (cassava/plantain swallow), rice balls (my kids call it sticky rice), kenkey (fermented cassava flour swallow). The possibilities for this soup is endless, recently my girlfriend tried it with bread on a cold winter night.
