Shito

Shito 210: Enjoy the smoky flavors of powdered shrimp, dry fish and caramelized onions in this aromatic Ghanaian hot chili sauce. Each spoonful brings a ton of flavor to your dish. 

Use as a condiment on cheeseboard, sandwiches, taco, pizza, fries, spring rolls, scrambled eggs. Pairs well with boiled rice, kenkey, banku and some fried yam. Explore your cooking skills by using this chilli sauce as a base in a braised rice recipe.

Ingredients: canola oil, coconut oil, onions, ginger, fish powder, shrimp powder, tomato paste, pepper, spices, salt.

Storage: keep your shito refrigerated after opening, consume within two to three weeks of opening as our products do not contain preservatives. The oil on top is what acts as our preservative. Use a clean and dry spoon for scooping and make sure to clean shito  off the neck of your bottle after use.
