Vegan Shito: This vegan version of our shito is made with mushroom powder. It blends umami and caramelized onion flavors in this aromatic hot chili sauce. Each spoonful brings a ton of flavor to your dish.
Use as a condiment on cheeseboard, sandwiches, taco, pizza, fries, spring rolls, tofu. Imparts umami flavors in a mushroom hot pepper soup. Enjoy with rice, noodles etc

Storage: Keep your vegan shito refrigerated after opening, consume within two to three weeks of opening as our products do not contain preservatives. The oil on top is what acts as our preservative. Use a clean and dry spoon for scooping and make sure to clean vegan shito off the neck of your bottle after use.
